Refunds for processing can be granted by the device owner within 15 days of processing completion. Refund acceptance will vary by user. If you have requested a refund from the user that processed your audio and were turned down, you may contact RackFX to request a review of the refund request. We may or may not grant such a policy depending on the resulting audio and the user’s refund policy listed in their description.

You can also seek a refund for unused processing credit at any time. Your online will be refunded at the same rate as they were purchased.
